• Service refers to the Application.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms regarding the cancellation and refund of payments made through AttendanceGuru for school fees and related services.

1. Online Fee Payments

AttendanceGuru provides a platform for parents/students to pay school fees online. Once a payment is successfully processed and a receipt is generated, the transaction is generally considered final.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate Payment: If a user pays the same fee twice due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
• Failed Transactions: If the amount is debited but not reflected in the Application, it is typically credited back by the payment gateway within 5-7 working days.
• Overpayment: Any excess payment will be adjusted in the next billing cycle or refunded at the school's discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Convenience fees, transaction charges, or taxes (GST) levied by the bank or payment gateway at the time of transaction are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email care@attendanceguru.com with your Transaction ID and a copy of the receipt. Once verified, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source.

5. School-Specific Policies

AttendanceGuru acts as a service provider. Specific policies regarding school withdrawal, seat cancellation, or security deposit refunds are governed strictly by the individual school's rules and regulations.
