AttendanceGuru provides a platform for parents/students to pay school fees online. Once a payment is successfully processed and a receipt is generated, the transaction is generally considered final.
Convenience fees, transaction charges, or taxes (GST) levied by the bank or payment gateway at the time of transaction are strictly non-refundable.
To request a refund, email care@attendanceguru.com with your Transaction ID and a copy of the receipt. Once verified, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source.
AttendanceGuru acts as a service provider. Specific policies regarding school withdrawal, seat cancellation, or security deposit refunds are governed strictly by the individual school's rules and regulations.
